Terms and Community Rules

Effective date: October 5, 2026. These rules apply to the MemeAdda website and Android app. By posting, commenting, messaging, or otherwise submitting content, you agree to follow these rules and applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Your account and content

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the content you submit. Share only content you own or have permission to use; do not violate copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other people's rights. You retain rights to your own content and permit MemeAdda to store, display, and distribute it as needed to provide the service, subject to the visibility choices available in the product.

Prohibited content and behavior

Do not post or send illegal content, sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, threats, harassment, hate targeting protected groups, encouragement of violence or self-harm, dangerous criminal instructions, scams, spam, impersonation, or private information without permission. Humor does not excuse abuse. Do not use the service to solicit minors, promote gambling, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, or evade moderation.

Child safety

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are strictly prohibited, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, sexualized depictions of children, and attempts to arrange exploitation. This prohibition applies to posts, profiles, comments, and private messages.

Reporting and enforcement

Use in-app reporting on posts or profiles and blocking on profiles or conversations. Reports are submitted to the moderation system. You may also contact [email protected] with the relevant username or post URL and a description. Do not forward illegal imagery by email. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.

Content or accounts that violate these rules may be removed, restricted, or suspended. Safety reports require review; submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome. For a moderation question or appeal, contact [email protected] and identify the affected account or content.

Service and advertising

MemeAdda contains advertising and community-created content. Some optional features may require an account or an explicitly offered rewarded ad. Availability can change, and content posted by other users is not an endorsement by MemeAdda. Do not rely on memes as professional advice. No payment, earnings, or withdrawal outcome is guaranteed by these community rules; any applicable feature requirements must be checked in the service before use.

Deletion and contact

You may delete your account through Settings or request deletion from [email protected] using your registered email address. Never send your password. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details. Questions about these rules may be sent to the MemeAdda team at [email protected].
